Some treatment plans may require laboratory testing. Self-pay lab testing starts at $149 and is completed through Quest Diagnostics. If labs are needed, your provider will let you know which tests are appropriate for your care.
Insurance
Rejuva Meds is a self-pay telehealth provider and does not currently accept insurance. Depending on your plan, HSA or FSA funds may be eligible for certain services.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid your next recurring membership charge, cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period.
